Employee Onboarding Agreement

2. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and confidential business information of 7Pris Brado Private Limited. This obligation continues even after the termination of your employment.

3. Code of Conduct

You agree to adhere to the company's code of conduct, policies, and procedures. You will maintain professional behavior and contribute to a positive work environment.

4. Data Privacy

You consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information for employment purposes. The company will handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Document Verification

You authorize 7Pris Brado Private Limited to verify the authenticity of all documents submitted during the onboarding process. Any false information may result in termination of employment.

6. Background Check

You consent to background verification checks including but not limited to employment history, educational qualifications, and criminal record verification as per applicable laws.

7. Company Property

You agree to take care of any company property provided to you and return it in good condition upon termination of employment or upon request.

8. Termination

You understand that your employment may be terminated by either party as per the terms mentioned in your employment contract and applicable labor laws.
